In response to Australian Government Department of Health recommendations related to Coronavirus, we are strictly observing all health precaution guidelines issued by government and health authorities.

We’re once again conducting open homes and auctions, but adhering carefully to Government rules on social distancing and limiting the number of people allowed in a home at once.

Naturally, we continue to avoid direct contact such as shaking hands, and we’re asking all attendees to apply hand sanitiser before entering homes – even then we’re still asking you not to touch or open anything (we’ll look after that for you).

We’re also keeping contact records of everybody attending appointments and open homes. This is for your safety as well as contact tracing, should it be required.

We’re privileged to help our customers find new homes and are humbled by the good-faith displayed by both our landlords and tenants, when rental negotiations have been necessary.

Whatever our government requires, we’ll continue to support. We put you first.
